History
North Shore Home Services and Energy Savers Ltd was originally established working primarily on the North Shore of Vancouver and the municipality of West Vancouver by local resident Al Ritchie in 1963. Al was active in the community, and served as a West Vancouver Alderman on the West Vancouver City Council. The company primarily cleaned and repaired gutters, roofs, as well as chimneys and furnaces. If your house was built before 1980, you may even see our original company sticker on your furnace in your basement, notifying you of your next service date!Since 1995 North Shore Home Services (and North Shore Gutters) has grown from just servicing North Vancouver and West Vancouver, to servicing areas in Whistler, Squamish, the Sunshine Coast and through to Langley. Our primary customer base is still from the North Shore, Squamish and Vancouver. With over 12,000 regular customers, North Shore Home Services has grown into the # 1 maintenance service company for gutters, exterior installations and building maintenance.
